Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For heavy items like power racks or barbells, we use specialized freight carriers which may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for strength equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight of our products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do your barbells come with a warranty?
Yes, all Strength Shop barbells come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific high-performance bars may include a limited lifetime warranty against bending.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a unique ID to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are your plates sold in pairs or individually?
